We are protected by two break walls and offer spectacular Lake Erie and downtown skyline views, not to mention seats to the 4th of July fireworks and the Air Show.

We offer up to 90ft of in water dockage. All docks
are floating docks and equipped with running water and electricity.

Dry Stack Dockage Contract
Up to 42 ft of heated rack storage available with up
to 800 ft of staging docks. Included in dry stack contracts
are; unlimited lifts in and out of the building, free use of
works racks, and courtesy docks throughout the summer. |
